Delivery Options and Fees
We offer the following delivery options for orders within Australia:
Standard Delivery: calculated at check out based on weight of product. Normally processed the next business day. Normally delivered within 3 days to sydney and surrounding areas, some deliveries to different states and remote areas can take up to 14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public holidays.
Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing and Tracking
Once you have placed an order on our website, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order online.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the matter for you.

Delivery Address and Instructions
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and up to date when you place your order. We are not responsible for any delivery errors or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
If you have any special delivery instructions, such as leaving your package at a safe place or with a neighbor, please let us know in the comments section when you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible in all cases.

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to certain remote or rural areas within Australia. If you live in a remote or rural area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if we are able to deliver to your address.
In addition, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
